Description of problem

Hi everyone !

I want to provide a noisy sine wave to a population of neurons in Brian2. As the noise is random, I want to inject different versions of noisy sine wave of same SNR as current to different neurons in a population. Is there a way to define different input currents for different neurons in a population ?
