i want to simulate three neroun with two astrocytes , and i have all the equations , but idont know how should i start my simulation in brian , please help me at the start of this project

I highly recommend starting by running / editing the tutorials on the brian documentation page here to get a basic sense of how to use Brian.
After that I think the next step would be thinking about how you want your neurons and astrocytes to be connected (since it sounds like you may already have equations for the internal dynamics)
